About the Role:
As a Lead ERP Business Consultant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and cutting-edge ERP solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive business growth. You'll be instrumental in configuring, and optimizing ERP solutions, ensuring smooth integration across departments.
Your ability to collaborate, lead projects, and deliver results will make you an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with local and global clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and provide expert guidance on how ERP systems can support their objectives.
• ERP Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems within the Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules.
• End-User Training & Support: Train and support end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage ERP functionalities to enhance business operations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure a streamlined and efficient operation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the ERP system integrates seamlessly with existing business processes.
• Leadership and Organization: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Education Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ERP Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (as a consultant, project lead, or key user).
• Business Process Mastery: A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into ERP solutions.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: A high level of professionalism in client engagements, ensuring you deliver quality service with integrity, respect, and a commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in the .NET Framework and ERP systems to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in development, data migration and an overall understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing), we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of the extensions and customizations on the ERP solutions. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements are met, while overseeing the development project from start to finish. You’ll be a key figure in guiding your team through complex technical challenges, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and promoting best practices across the development lifecycle.
Your leadership, technical expertise, and ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs will make you an invaluable part of our team.

Key Responsibilities: • Client Collaboration: Work closely with both local and global clients to gather technical requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that our solutions align with their objectives.
• Solution Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical leadership, ensuring best practices, and maintaining high standards of development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other teams to ensure that technical solutions integrate seamlessly with business processes.
• Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations for our projects.
• Leadership and Organization: Lead project planning, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• .NET Development Expertise: 5+ years of experience in .NET Framework development, including experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Java Script, SQL Server and other related technologies and platforms like GitHub.
• Business Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions (bonus if you have experience with ERP systems).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to tackle complex technical issues efficiently.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism when engaging with clients and colleagues, maintaining integrity, respect, and a focus on delivering quality solutions.
